ANNUAL AWARDS NIGHT

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

For the year 2010, the Jersey City F.O.P. Lodge #4 will be presenting the following awards on our annual awards night to be held on Thurs., May 6, 2010 at 1800 hours at Puccinis Restaurant, 1064 West Side Ave, Jersey City, NJ.

VALOR AWARD

This will be stowed upon those members of Jersey City Lodge #4, who acted at the risk of their own personal safety where the potential for injury is extremely high and/or performed in a most heroic manner with total disregard for their own personal safety.

CIVLIAN APPRECIATION AWARD

Awards to individuals, groups and/or businesses that perform a service for the safety of or provide for the safety or well being of members of Jersey City Lodge #4 or perform acts with disregard for their own personal safety.

Consideration will be given to acts or services performed from April 1, 2009 through March 3l, 2010.

All reports should be submitted no later then April 2, 2010 to Capt. Kenneth Mount, BCI.
